  1. Dissolve the sugar: In a large saucepan, heat 300g / 1 ½ cups sugar with 240ml / 1 cup water over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar fully dissolves, then remove from heat.
  2. Add the lemon juice: Pour in 360ml / 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice and 1.5L / 6 cups water. Stir well to combine.
  3. Strain (if needed): If you prefer a smoother lemonade, strain the mixture to remove any pulp or seeds.
  4. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 30–40 minutes until fully chilled. Serve over ice and enjoy!
